  • What is HBM4EU?

HBM4EU, Human Biomonitoring for Europe, is a joint effort of 28 countries, the European Environment Agency and the European Commission, co-funded under Horizon 2020.

The main aim of the initiative is to coordinate and advance human biomonitoring in Europe. Further information can be found on our website - www.hbm4eu.eu

HBM4EU will run for five years, from 2017 to 2021. One of the objectives is to plan for a future Human Biomonitoring (HBM) initiative by identifying the needs and options for a sustainable HBM initiative in Europe for post 2021. This survey will inform these deliberations.

  • The meaning of your input to this survey as a stakeholder?

Engagement with stakeholders, including a broad range of representatives from national, EU and international institutions, non-governmental organisations representing environmental, health and consumer priorities, scientific and research bodies as well as trade unions and representatives of industry, is crucial to the success and sustainability of the HBM4EU project.

We would like to understand your longer-term needs and expectations regarding a future human biomonitoring initiative. This online survey consists of a short set of questions aimed at understanding your objectives.

  • Thank you for participating!
